Hoshimiya Toto and muyu join forces for the first time on the new single 「あぁ、馬鹿みたいに音楽を。」, streaming from September 1. Music video also out now.

Hoshimiya Toto's crystalline vocals meet the driving yet delicate sound of muyu, pulling you into a midsummer musical world that captures both the music itself and a burning passion for it.

Built around melody, sound, and lyrics that carry you out of reality and into a world of music, the track expresses a rediscovery of that primal love of music, blended with the midsummer heat evoked by Hoshimiya Toto's voice. In the drop, the boundary between the real and the unreal wavers and shimmers with a restless tension.

The music video depicts "the moment when the line between reality and the world of music blurs." It opens with the protagonist secretly slipping in earbuds during class to lose themselves in music, and as Hoshimiya Toto's voice draws them into the midsummer world of the lyrics, a dreamlike sequence unfolds where reality and music intersect. The artwork and video are handled by illustrator and animator Totorika.

On top of that, Hoshimiya Toto's very first POPUP STORE is set to be held on September 19–20 at "New Space Pa." Physical merchandise tied to the single's music video is also planned, with further details to be announced soon.
